A big result for Welsh Football today. The players worked very hard for the result. The keeper saved a pen and pulled off an excellent save at the end. BBC2 are showing England ladies vs Kazakhstan this evening. I think we should ask BBC Wales what they will do to show future Wales Women's games? Or s4c? Indeed. The only reason I mentioned BBC was that I wondered if BBC had the rights? At least we know Wales will be on tv twice

Indeed. The only reason I mentioned BBC was that I wondered if BBC had the rights? At least we know Wales will be on tv twice Well Wales v Kazakhstan was online on the BBC on Friday. Not sure the BBC even has rights for the England away games.

Absolutely ridiculous these women galavanting round Europe playing footie, they should be at home doing the ironing and getting the tea ready for their husbands 😚

What a great result - England will no doubt win the group but we are in great shape for a play-off spot. Would be great to see us qualify!

England v Wales confirmed for St Mary's Stadium, Southampton on Friday 6 April. Tickets on sale to England fans already. Not sure whether there is a separate section for Wales fans. Adult early bird tickets £7.50 (if booked before 31 January) or standard £10. Kids £1. I'm going to check if Southampton have a block set aside for Wales fans. Unlikely to be any segregation. Heard today that there is going to be a block set aside for Wales fans, should be confirmed in the next few days. All tickets being sold via the Southampton website.

There's no official away section, but it's being suggested that Wales fans book in BLOCK 36.
A reminder that the earlybird offer from the FA (Adults £7.50, juniors £1) ends tomorrow, 31 January.

It says on the website you can't book Block 36? Southampton have taken it offline for some reason. We'd had email confirmation that it was available.

A heads up: Just three seats left on the coach from Cardiff to Southampton now. £20 return. Haley won't be organising a second coach, so book today if you want to travel on the coach.

We've sold about 300 so far in block 36. Block 36 wasn't originally available to away fans, so there's a fair chance we'll see a few hundred more Wales fans dotted around the ground.

I'm up for either Bosnia & Hezergovina away or, in absence of that, a trip to France for a tournament match itself. If we can find some mutual agreement then a mass invasion (good natured) will be top. Bring back some memories!

It's a tough qualification process - if we can qualify it would be incredible.

Safe journey to everyone travelling down to Southampton tomorrow.
I'm told there'll be at least 600 Wales fans in the stadium, with the majority of 350 or so being together in block 36. Easily the largest away support ever for a Wales Women's international, and more than England brought to Cardiff the last time we played them. Would have been more if it wasn't for Sky moving the Cardiff-Wolves game to the Friday night.
England have sold around 25k tickets in total.
Hopefully we can create a mini red wall and give the team good vocal support.

Superb from Phil Neville there, helping out one of the Welsh players with cramp. UEFA official told him to stop for health and safety, fuck me.

What a point this'll be if we hold on! Our inability to hold onto the ball at all has been disappointing, but you have to admire our defensive effort and how hard we've worked
