Vindication on this is a bittersweet feeling for me. Ramsey was never going to become "the man" at Juve when surrounded by the likes of Rabiot, Matuidi, Pjanic & Can, and he'll struggle to nail down no.10 whilst they've got Dybala, and that's after you factor in his numerous and everlasting fitness issues. It's an uphill battle for him to remain in contention. oh my word - delusions of grandeur... I'm sorry to say this to you, but you haven't been vindicated. Believe it or not, but Juve, Madrid, Barca and all the other major clubs were after him because he's regarded as a world class midfielder - when fit. They're currently building up his sharpness before he's brought into the bigger games. Let's see where we're at towards the end of the season. Embarrassing you claim I have delusions of grandeur, before going on to say Madrid & Barca were after him. The only clubs in for him were Juve, PSG & West Ham. As I said, he was never going to be "the man" with fitter players of equal or better ability able to perform more consistently than him. They've been "building up" his fitness now since what, July/August? I'm looking forward to seeing this fully fit Rambo unleashed on Serie A, but I'm not going to hold my breath.

Just read some of these posts bit embarrassing really.
Ramsey out in the cold .
Really, he is coming back from injury. They know he will get his match fitness with Wales.
Juventus play in a shit league.
Really so every league is shit other than the EPL and possibly La liga. Imagine the stock we would give the english for such a comment. Very arrogant.

Just the fact that he thinks Rabiot and Can are better players than Ramsey is laughable.

The reality is that after easing him back from his last injury when he played 3 games in a week he picked up another injury, so they're not going to do that again. Therefore, Sarri started him midweek, and rested him yesterday knowing that he would get further minutes with us over the next 2 weeks, thereby spreading out his work load.
Claims that he is "out in the cold" are at best impatient at this point.

Just the fact that he thinks Rabiot and Can are better players than Ramsey is laughable. Why wouldn't Sarri pick them over Ramsey in a bog standard match? They're more consistent & fitter players, give me that over Ramsey who's only unplayable between the months of April-September. Sarri made the right call to pick Dybala & Costa, they won the game. The foot-stomping tantrums in here because he dared not to pick Ramsey are tragic. When you take the Wales-tinted shades off, you realise Ramsey is essentially a luxury player for the good times, rather than someone you can rely on to pull a win out of the bag; think Euro 2016 or Arsenal when they weren't going through a shit phase. We've only won 1 (ONE!! - Ireland Home) of the previous 5 matches he's been on the pitch. What an impact.

It’s not a strong league in Champions league terms, look at the English dominance last season. Celtic have just beaten the 3rd placed team home and away too which is pretty laughable. It could do with a proper title race for a start to generate interest in the league from outside of Italy and I think they will have that this season, although more because Sarri is bringing Juventus down to his level than because everyone else is improving in quality. Serie A was a powerhouse back in the 90’s but apart from Juve it can’t compete for the best players like La Liga and the EPL because the money isn’t there. Again outside of Juve it’s not a cool brand any more either. You’ve got a great club like AC Milan that is on it’s knees and whose last real dalliance with European success was getting knocked out of the Europa league by Arsenal. As a product it’s just not in a great place.

Impressive interview that puts to bed the insinuations I've seen online about his attitude to the language. Clearly been an issue of confidence, shame because his Cymraeg is fluent, surprisingly so considering how long he's been away from Cymru.

Perhaps learning and practising Italian to deliver interviews in that language has just made him reflect on and consider doing the same in Cymraeg. Getting out of his comfort zone to speak in Italian is probably more daunting for him than speaking Cymraeg, which in a way probably gives him more confidence to do an interview like this.

Can I just point out that he's missed his son's birthday to be out in Azerbaijan.
Also he missed his twins' first birthday during the last international break, even though he was declared injured at the eleventh hour.
So if anyone want to question his commitment......

Perhaps it was a confidence issue stopping him doing interviews, especially live, post match type ones.
I do remember reading somewhere that he stopped doing Welsh interviews because he'd been mocked for his standard of the language - can't imagine that being true though? Did anyone else read or hear something similar.
Anyway, for a guy who probably doesn't use the language very often, he's still very fluent.

Excellent interview with Rambo. He should use his Welsh more often.. his is better than that of many of the rugby boys who give it a go!
Probably among a cosmopolitan squad at Juventus, he sees the benefits of being bi- and tri -lingual (I believe his Italian's coming along a treat!)
Da iawn, Aaron - and let's have a goal or two from you on Saturday and Tuesday!

Must admit that the interviews with both Bale and Rambo are showing wonderful spirit in the camp and a very upbeat mood. Which was seriously lacking in the June/September camps.

Yes I've noticed this as well. I reckon it will have taken time to re-build spirit with the turnover of players we have had since the majority of the Euro 2016 lot have moved on. It looks like the spirit is getting back to that level now though which is really positive.

Think they realised that they have a chance to qualify and don't want Giggs to ruin it.

Tonight will be the first time since Moldova away 2017 that Bale and Ramsey have played together in a qualifier! I think previous squads wouldn't have been able to cope with this, and it's a testament to the talent we now possess in our squad that we are still well in it at this late stage, despite not having Bale and Ramsey together in so long.
