I have no issue with Ramsey missing these friendlies, makes total sense in the circumstances. I’m more concerned with when the postponed Serie A games will be played and how this will impact his prep for the Euros.

Ha, I think you'll find I've backed ramsey for years and always maintained he's a world class talent even when others were predicting he'd end up at bournemouth or everton as recently as 2 or 3 years ago. I've followed his career closely since around 2012/13 and think I've probably watched the majority of his games over that period. Why would I now suddenly decide to try and pick out negatives just for the sake of being negative? I wouldn't, I'm just trying to provide an objective analysis, something which appears to be quite alien to you. I come on here to understand what's going on in Welsh football - how our teams, youth and senior players are doing. I'm not interested in a wooly, dressed up, dishonest version of events just for the sake of being positive if it doesn't actually reflect the reality of the situation. |

He had a decent amount of passes, but could not find info on his successful dribbles (I've seen that stat at 0% as he did not complete 1 successful dribble but was intercepted once) and only had the one shot. The goal and assist earns him his MOTM title. |

Strange. Obviously some players naturally take longer to get to 100% fitness but I wouldn't have had Ramsey down as one of those players, seeing as his natural stamina is so good. Wonder if it's more related to his historical injuries - i.e he has to ease himself in more as a precaution and this slows down the process of gaining fitness

Came on in the final 5 mins or so - pretty dull game. Went straight to pens and Rambo scored his very calmly - misses from Dybala & Danilo meant that Juve lost though - Napoli taking the trophy.

He was left out of the first squad after being deemed unfit and he hasn't been deemed fit enough to start a game since the break. Last night was the first time I've seen him since the break, and he certainly has put on some weight. I can't believe he's been so unprofessional - he's meant to be fighting for a first team place! |
