The Welsh Zidane is back. I really can't wait to see him back in a Welsh shirt again.

Didnt think he would go on loan so quick but great if he can get some action and stay injury free

Gone to forest on loan, until 3rd Jan. Good move I reckon - get some first team games under his belt, and (from memory) he used to live with Gunter in London, so he should settle in quickly.

Just read on Twitter that he's joined Nottingham Forest on loan until January 3rd.

Hopefully just a sharpening up excersise and not the start of a downward spiral of a player who doesn't come back the same after injury.

i have to admit, i am shocked by this. still, i know that Wenger Trusts in him - lets hope he plays and returns to Arsenal in Jan ready to make an impact.

very odd move, shocked to see it,wenger's usually very protective of players coming back from injury, cant help but think he's throwing him to the wolves somewhat, thought he'd be given more than a half of football before being thrown into it again.
thankfully its a short term loan,i just hope he doesnt get injured

Apparently Arsenal have only 3 reserve matces during this loan period...maybe that explains it. He'll get much more game time with Forest.

And he'll get to share a flat with Chris Gunter again, they'll be all snuggly together. ahhh.

God help him. The Championship is a hugely physical division, which is not what he needs now.

The head coach I work with said he met Ramsey in a Cardiff club a few weeks ago, and that he has 'beefed' up alot. So he can cope with the pysical demands. Although I think it speaks volume when the only way to stop one of our players is to kick him off the field.

After seeing the clip of him playing for Arsenal reserves, don't think we have many concerns Gloria.

Not sure how much Billy Davies will use him as he is clearly not match fit. But if he does get plenty of football and can come through it unscathed it will be a big boost for Arsenal and more importantly, for us. I'm glad he's taking the plunge.

youngdragon- It doesn't look like he's 'beefed up' that much on the video of his appearance for Arsenal reserves. I'm glad about that. I don't want him to turn into Joe Cole.

I was just going on what I was told. besides his ability is there he should focus on his game rather than getting 'big'

Although I think it speaks volume when the only way to stop one of our players is to kick him off the field. I agree; Ramsey would have no problem if fully fit. What I meant was that coming back from injury into a hyper-competitive, hyper-physical league is not exactly easing the lad back in.

Watched some extended highlights of Forest the other day and the game just seemed to pass Ramsey by.
I sincerely hope Aaron doesn't join that long list of footballers who were never quite the same after injury.
It's a shame the Forest and Wales fan who used to frequent the very early Dragon soccer board is not on here as he could probably give a more objective view.
