Great to see him getting game time at Hull. Hope he starts soon so we can see how good he is.
You can’t really judge a player from the U23s

Perhaps a note for the diary is the A Ramsey Cup clash v Chelsea on Friday 16th February 8pm - might see both Ampadu and Wilson for 90 minutes ;-)

Wilson fouled for Hulls early penalty that was missed. They should have given him the penalty to take - they could have been 3-0 up by now ;-) The Beeb saying that: "The Tigers have not won a league game since Nigel Adkins' first match in charge on 9 December" I bet Harry will be very popular tonight out in Nottingham, if result stays the same ;-)

Great start for Harry, two massive contributions on his full debut, hopefully he can play in the next 6 or so games and book himself a ticket to China.
I think he has a real talent and could become a top class player so we need to get him involved again as soon as possible

Starts at Stamford Bridge and certainly doesn’t look out of place. In fact he’s been Hull’s best attacking threat, one confident jinking run earning a penalty.
Edit: looks like he’s done his shoulder in the process. Hopefully it’s not too serious.

Looked confident and positive the few opportunities he had. Started 2 games scored one and won 2 penalties.
Can see him and Woodburn on the flanks in the future, possibly soon imagine them 2 coming on with 20 mins left with their pace.
If he continues to play for Hull then he should go to China

Anyone know how bad his injury was?

Adkins said they don't think its a dislocation but there's some sort of damage and he's a worry for their next game against Middlesbrough. Will probably hear more tomorrow because they're playing on Tuesday.

One thing that I have noticed about Harry, both at U23 Liverpool matches and in that match last week, was that his defending skills are still very poor/naive. I feel that Lawrence, Woodburn and even Brooks, all defend better, when called upon. No idea about systems and false number 9 etc. All I can see is that he is very shaky at the back, whereas (especially Woodburn and Lawrence) are actually very comfortable when needing to defend.

Depends what he is in the side to do. There is also a difference between work ethic/tracking back and actually being a good defender. If it's laziness then this could be a possible reason why his career stalled for a number of years before this loan move. He should be so much more advanced by now seeing as how he made his debut when he was 16.

Don't like to say it, but there are probably some neutrals who think it's karma for the way he dived for the pen. He did get fouled, but he really threw himself to the floor which has caused the damage.

First game back after injury, comes on in the 59th minute and manages to get an assist.

He has contributed in every game he has played for Hull. We have 4 potential young wingers if Giggs goes that way Woodburn, wilson, Brooks and Lawrence.

Fit-again Harry Wilson is desperate to help the Tigers get back to winning ways. www.hullcitytigers.com/news/articles/2018/201718-wilson-norwich-city-a-preview/The on-loan Liverpool youngster made an impressive start to life at the KCOM Stadium, scoring on his first start for the Club in last month's 2-0 win away at Nottingham Forest, only to see his progress come to an abrupt halt six days later after picking up a shoulder injury in the Tigers' Emirates FA Cup Fifth Round defeat at Chelsea. However, following a three-week spell on the sidelines, the 20-year-old made his return to action in Tuesday night's disappointing home defeat to Millwall, a result the Welshman has vowed to do everything he can to help Nigel Adkins' side put behind them when they host Norwich City at the KCOM Stadium Stadium this weekend. "It was great to be back out on the pitch," he said. "I think I was more annoyed than anything else after picking up the little injury against Chelsea. I felt as though I was just getting into things here and finding my feet. "As I say, it was annoying to miss a couple of weeks, but I'm back now and fully focused on helping the team get back to winning ways. "It was a frustrating night against Millwall. We know, as a team, we're a lot better than what we showed on Tuesday night. "We improved after the break and if we'd have managed to get a goal back ten or 15 minutes earlier then we might have been able to put them under a bit more pressure and maybe find an equaliser. "It was a disappointing result, but it's up to us to keep our heads up and go again on Saturday against Norwich. It's a chance to put things right."
