I believe this means Europa League football for Hedges then? At least for the qualifying rounds.

Could end up playing against Dan James when Aberdeen play Manchester Utd in the Europa League.

Called up to the squad. What’s the thought process of this call up? Somebody on Twitter saying that it’s because they don’t trust Rabbi Matondo after Azerbaijan game

Somebody on Twitter saying that it’s because they don’t trust Rabbi Matondo after Azerbaijan game I’d say it more likely that Lawrence hasn’t recovered. Don’t forget that originally they said that Lawrence wasn’t travelling to Azerbaijan due to illness, he didn’t actually pull out of the squad.

Interesting call-up. Matondo was a little loose with the ball when he came on, and maybe isn't the ideal substitute if you're 1-0 up going into the last ten tomorrow.
Personally surprised we're still going with one left-back in the squad.

Personally surprised we're still going with one left-back in the squad. Gunter can and has played there (appreciate he has hardly played at all this season)

Somebody on Twitter saying that it’s because they don’t trust Rabbi Matondo after Azerbaijan game It wouldn't be surprising if that was the rationale. Matondo was only on for a few minutes, and looked out of his depth in that short space of time. Plenty of time for him to come good, but it isn't the job of the national team to develop basic qualities.

"The highlight of Wales’ great run at the Euros three years ago in France was beating Belgium 3-1 in the quarter-final with Hal Robson-Kanu’s finish to make it 2-1 particularly memorable. Hedges was in the stands supporting his country in Lille that night and wants to experience something similar on the pitch next year. He added: “ I was out in France for the Belgium game.I was there in the stands when Hal Robson-Kanu turned Thomas Meunier and Marouane Fellaini inside out. What a great feeling that was but obviously being there as a player next year would be even sweeter.
That’s the favourite game of football I’ve watched as a fan and it would be great to be involved as a player." Wilson was not the only one part of the red wall in Euro 2016 out of the recent squads www.eveningexpress.co.uk/fp/sport/football/aberdeen-fc/donsnews/dons-winger-hedges-gets-fired-up-for-dragons-bid-in-europe/

Ryan had a golden opportunity and probably should have scored. Marley also had a decent chance as well as won the pen that brought the goal.
Doidge had 3 or 4 half chances.
Decent game. Poor defending.

Our famous duo weaving their magic again. They do play well together. Ryan had a particularly good first half. Marley has a fantastic first touch and great pace. Looks like they have allowed around 300 fans into the ground - which is very promising!
Fifth successive win for the Dons. Now, I'm not saying that its ALL down to our boys, but it is 99% down to them ;-))
