They didn’t let him out of their system though. He played for them, won player of the tournament, then CHOSE to rejoin Wales.
No doubt the Sais wanted him to stay with them but Brooks simply didn’t want to.

Mine too.. My attackers and midfielders have had a cracking week, but unfortuntely, it was my defenders who conceded their goals so my points have slumped again!! 😠😡🤬 Hopefully, he'll be back for the qualifiers proper at least! 👍

But City more than made up for it with a magnificent performance ;-) Young Meps was warming up for a good part of 70 minutes right in front of us ;-)

He's a little bit special.
He has great technique, but he also has incredible awareness on the pitch, the vision to take the ball down and pass it the way he did for his assist vs Chelsea was incredible.

Yeah i can see him leaving Bournemouth yet, another season of starring for them, then move up a level in terms of club. Hes such a good player, will end up at a top 6 club i will imagine, at some point - or maybe take the lead of Bale, Ramsey etc.. and head abroad.

A lot of people on here seem to think that Brooks will play another season at Bournemouth. I just don’t see it myself. If he does it might be in a loan back capacity/Pre agreement deal.
He has bags of talent and Bournemouth won’t refuse a big offer

Total amount probably £50m or thereabouts in that case. |

Clean sheet in first 45' v Man City. Chris is playing well, especially good in the air (despite earlier observations to the contrary).
David is actually a decent defender as well, with a few great clearances.
