perhaps then i shall just refer you to the posting guidelines where there is no mention of discussion being limited to football- that should serve as explanation enough.
And if you feel that strongly about it you can always start your own welsh football board where discussion revolves around only things that you want to talk about. I imagine it would be a real winner.

As long as they are representing Wales, I don't care what sport it is. I will be watching and supporting them no matter what.

I think you established that you were the one with the attitude problem long before anybody else said anything that might upset you. I always live by the maxim "behaviour breeds behaviour" so if you put shit in be prepared to get shit out. Nobody forced you to read this thread and there was really no need to make such a song and dance about why there is no "any other business" forum on a forum where you have only been a member 5 minutes and where none of the other regular posters have had a problem with the format. So if you really object so much to a rugby thread being in this forum then yes, I suspect this is not the right forum for you.

What has really become obvious in the fall out from the England debacle, is that the English absolutely HATE IT when we are better than them at something.
When they won the world cup, there was the expected wailing and gnashing of teeth from us lot, but never once did we ever decide that we wanted to play up the jumper rugby and emulate Woodwards boringly efficient machine. Whereas this week, we could be out by Saturday lunchtime having won fuck all in the grand scheme of things, yet simply by going one step further than England they are absolutely hating it and it seems they are highly envious and wish they could play like us! Its a real low point for that lot when all they can talk about is how well we are doing and how its a national disgrace that they are home before we are! ;D

The weather forecast looks bad today.......... there is a shower of shit coming in from New Zealand
;D ;D ;D
Manu Tuilagi arrested for jumping off a Ferry.
Unconfirmed reports that England team-mates attempted to grab a lifejacket to throw to him but dropped it under pressure.
;D ;D ;D

Maybe you went to a posh English private school or something, but I didn't and so I don't know any -ANY!!!- English people who are talking about rugby at the moment. It's Wayne Rooney all the way I'm afraid. Sorry RD.

Im sure most people have one fucked off England fan in their facebook news feed and then there is this, read the comments: www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/tomfordyce/2011/10/where_england_went_so_wrong_an.html

Saes don't even want to talk about it know.. Those that do say at least they have one it once!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just imagine if we won it, Woodward laboured for 6 fucking years building that ugly shit-ass team, all brute force and drop goals. He then sold it to the world like it was some amazing feat that took meticulous planning and attention to detail including endless tours down under so they could get used to beating the SH in their back yard. If Gatland and Wales managed to pull this off, we would do it almost from scratch, playing good rugby to boot- having been on the back of an 8 game losing streak until the 2nd match of this years 6N and without having beaten any SH sides in the build up. It would blow that snide fuck Woodward's achievement right out of the water. Even more reason to pray that we can achieve the (almost) impossible!

But your response could have been a little more refined. So we have a diiferent outlook on the Welsh rugby team's achievements. it's good you are in Bulgaria, and we need as many fans as we can get. But you can't just sling some grenades in and not expect a few back. Hope you enjoy your trip and Wales win, of course.

Personally I don't root for whoever England play. Just not interested in them.
I find it odd people can support English teams domestically and then rabidly root for the opposition when the national team plays, in whatever code

I find it odd people can support English teams domestically and then rabidly root for the opposition when the national team plays, in whatever code cant believe im talking about england after such a great welsh win tonight but football rivalry in international football is just the same as club football.you support whoever your rivals are playing.although you may find some man city fans wanting united to do well in europe the vast majority would support whoever they were playing. saying that,im more in the 'just not interested in england' camp.i didnt watch any of their world cup games and obviously im watching wales when the qualifiers are on so dont watch them then.

I thought so, does storm realise that, considering his fervent support in this thread?

I thought so, does storm realise that, considering his fervent support in this thread? I seem to recall when I was a lurker it had been broadened to cover people in the press who generally talked a load of nonsense? Guess I qualify on both counts then ;D Edit: Actually I started watching Welsh rugby in 91 when we were absolutely shit. i went to see us play Argentina in the WC at the Arms Park with Mark Ring(!) at fly half, so I guess I've managed to swerve the texan-style band wagon jumping!
