What are corky thoughts on this? Personally, I feel that announcing in advance that a random 10% of fans will need to collect the tickets in person, on match day. I appreciate some fans fly in on match day, but an early announcement - and perhaps an ongoing practice - will encourage people to ensure arrival at least 4 or 5 hours prior to ko. For those that paid in advance for delivery - offer a refund. IMO it's too late, and unfair, on people who have already booked to now impose a 10% collect in person to the 200 selected people. It's changing the rules after purchase. Because for the process to be done correctly, every one of those 200 should then be made - without exception - to collect in Albania. And I just don't see that happening. However, before the draw on the 2 Dec, the FAW could post guidance in advance on eticketing along the lines of "All future away games may be subject to compulsory collection at the away venue." This would mean that any future complaints along the line of "I only arrive an hour before kick off so they need to be sent to my house in Wales"... would be tough. Even if the FAW then decide that collection at the away venue isn't necessary, at least they'll always have that option. As you said seems unlikely. They could potentially pick out 200 or even more and do what they did with China and the US, send over your flight and hotel confirmations. It's one thing to just put any flight down but actual flight confirmations in your name would be a more difficult thing to work around.

Does the FSF have a meeting with FAW before the 2 December date with destiny?

Perhaps the FAW should add a specific waiver in T&C eTicketing site

I'm not entirely sure tbh but they did do it with the US and China games so it must be legal.

Albania drew 0-0 at home to Jordan last night. Good value for the £2 ticket, no doubt ;-) Was there a lot of harvesting by the Jordanians?

FAW dont put on buses it’s up to the fans to reach the game themselves. Ask Leigh James on twitter - he’s organising buses. Ive booked with him, very organised and professional.

Have you heard anything? I've had my head up my backside for the last few days. I feel bonkers this morning too.

Tickets behind the goal are 500 lek - £3.50. Its at Shkoder stadium with 16k capacity, whereby I remember Elbasan was 1000 lek for Israel match.

Any Wrexham fans (or any Welsh fans if they wanted a football fix) attempting the Denmark (H), Maidstone (A), Albania (A) triple header? We'll be trying to catch the half 10 train from Cardiff to London on the Saturday with most likely the worst hangover of all time if we win the group and then trekking to Maidstone from there. Then back to London sleep and then early flight to Albania on the Sunday.

Yes to the train and flight to Tirana! I should probably get home first so I won’t make Maidstone.

Reminder to book transport to and from Elbasan too.
I’m on five aways if we start from the WC 2018 qualifiers. Hopefully everyone squeezes in.
