I had to buy two tickets in singles for the Hungary game and 6.50 postage for each. I imagine the same thing is going to happen for the Croatia game. 26 quid in total for postage and what are the chances all 4 tickets will come in 1 envelope? Call/email the FAW and speak to them. I have always found them helpful. 100% agree. A simple email with all membership numbers and perhaps ticket details will suffice. They usually respond within 2-3 days. And have always been 100% cooperative.

Just select collection for the second ticket & email them to ask if they can put it in with the posted ticket. I do it every time

Outside of visiting the Ruin Bars and Jewish district, any must “see” in Budapest for a first timer? Note that most museums are closed on the Monday. A bunch of us going to the Puccini's Opera on Monday evening at 7pm. Loads of tickets still on offer for £4 and £8. It seems like most restaurants close their kitchens by 10pm - so we might try to get a nice meal in around 5pm first.

It would be interesting to know how many tickets were eventually left for Stage 3. I consider myself very fortunate to have bagged one and also sympathise with those who weren’t so fortunate. Of our group of 10 travelling, only I will be in the stadium. This game will surely see the highest ever number of Welsh fans travelling away without tickets - 1,000 to 1,500 is surely a reasonable prediction. When did we have such situations in the past? Belgium Euro 2016 qualifier? Ireland WC campaign? Austria WC campaign? I too consider myself very fortunate getting a ticket. Well done to the Welsh FA for getting those extra tickets. Still lots of dissappointed but a few less. Looking forward to visiting Budapest again - I took it in on the back of Belgrade. Great place but not cheap.
Sadly not expecting so much luck with Croatia - can but try.

Just got confirmation from Matthew at the ticket office that: "We’ve had confirmation from Croatia and Hungary that a driving licence will be accepted as a form of ID"

The "ruin bars" are supposed to be pretty lively - but not sure about on a Monday night! Match night itself will be different (and the previous weekend).

Anyone received their questionnaire for hotel and flight details from FAW yet? Yes. Budapest one was sent out Thurs or Friday. They have even sent out the Croatia one earlier this week as well. Check your spam perhaps?

For the music fans travelling to Budapest:
Don't know much about John Mouse but like what I've heard of Papur Wal (Goch) so I'll be there.

Forgive me if I am wrong about this (and please correct me, if so). It appears that as of 25 May (tomorrow) that METRO LINE 3 / The Blue Line towards the airport / Stadium is only closed between its EASTERN TERMINUS (Kőbánya-Kispest) and up to Nagyvárad tér - one stop and only 500m away from the stadium. The previous after 8pm closure of half the line now only appears to be on the WEEKENDS.
Also, the cheaper AIRPORT BUS 200E (regular 350 ft. and included in all passes) now terminates at Nagyvárad tér metro station, where you can connect to the metro system.
Depending on how far West you need to go, but for accommodation near Kalvin Ter (1st stop) or Deák tér (2nd) you might still prefer to take the Express 100E bus for 900 ft, (but not included in the passes)
CORRECTIONS TO THE FSF LEAFLET
The Terminus of the 200E bus is now Nagyvárad tér
Nepliget metro station (next to the Stadium) is closed for next two years! The nearest - 500m away - is the current terminus of the M3 metro line - Nagyvárad tér
