I imagine Rodon-Ampadu will be our pairing going forward, especially if the likes of Levitt kick on Ben should definitely be in the squad though, how Lawrence gets in ahead of him is baffling Cabango was out due to Covid, plus Lawrence is left sided and Ben is right so I don’t think Lawrence is picked ahead of him.

Doesn't make the squad for the next 2. Injury?

Didn't look injured after 90 on Saturday. They play Fulham Wednesday evening, so let's wait and see.

Just baffling, but it's not surprising given Pages' history of choosing favourites.

Agreed, strange omission if he's not injured. I would have him ahead of Lawrence and Lockyer in a back 4.

If it's not down to injury, then it's a really poor decision. Cabango's the only centre-back who gives us some genuine physicality and presence, and offers something different from the likes of Lawrence, Lockyer and Mepham who are all in the same mould of centre-back.
Added to that he's performing better, playing more regularly and is younger than any of them and is perhaps the best version of himself to date, it's just bizarre.

Bit of a nightmare first 45 mins tonight. He must have got done 4 or 5 times, and it was his intercepted pass that led to Fulham's second goal. Naughton's been the main culprit though after leaving Mitrovic nip in front of him for all 3 goals

Solid for Swansea tonight, started v West Brom. Came off injured at around 85mins. Didn't look serious🤔

Didn't look serious🤔 Agreed, he was great - even a mazy run past a couple of players into their box which isn't something you expect to see! The only other time I recall watching him this season was against Fulham, where he had an absolute 'mare, but it was the polar opposite yesterday

Starting tonight. Any promising Welsh Swans academy players looking likely to come through soon? Oli and Brandon Coopers I had seen a few Swans fans suprised with Brandon Cooper's loan move to Swindon, consensus was he could be playing at higher level. I can't say I've watched him enough to give an opinion of him. I haven't watched much of Oli Cooper either, what type of midfielder is he?

Not good news, he'll be needed as cover in a very busy schedule.

Shame that, would have been nice to see him play in the NL games. Lockyer is able to cover. Maybe worth calling up Regan Poole too.

What a stupid decision by both player & club to risk injury when there is nothing at stake.

I haven't watched much of Oli Cooper either, what type of midfielder is he? He's played less than a dozen times for Swindon, injured or not rated by their mgt? Should have come back to Swansea in January, when the useless Williams was called back by L'pool

Out of the play-off game as he has had surgery on an ankle ligament damage

I don't think I want him near the first eleven for a while anyway, he's got a lot to brush up on judging by what I've seen of him this season.

Unfortunately, I think mid table Chs'p is his level That's what I suspect now. He may hit a run of form at some point and be more of a top Championship player. Either he could be useful to us in the future for sure. But I'm not sure I'm expecting him to be one of these that kicks on

I think he has made great strides this season and improved his ball carrrying and passing under Martin. I think he will play Premier League in next 2 years and will be a future captain of Wales. So there 😎

Just basing my opinion on what I've heard others have said about his performances - I think Martin is probably a good manager for them to have to improve his weaknesses

One of two own goals in injury time tonight!
If you were at all a suspicious person you would be looking at betting patterns 😟

Obafemi should have taken his chance near the end to make it 3-1. All went tits up once Joe Bach was subbed😁😁
