If george was to go the one of the big clubs, he would probably get better training and possibly/HOPEFULLY break through the system and make the first team.
it will take a while, but he will make it big!

Right now Ben Davies' non-inclusion in the first team doesn't concern me too greatly - given his Europa League involvement. Hopefully, he will buck the trend of ex-Swansea players bombing at their new higher-status clubs. I'm fairly optimistic that he will do so, but my point about the dangers of moving on too soon stands. George Williams and Emyr Huws are exactly where they need to be right now. In Joniesta's case he's better than Championship standard - but needs to find the right environment for his talent to blossom, which may mean a move abroad.

In the same way they have done for Joniesta? Ye bro I know he is on loan but he is involved granted he is a sub but he usually gets game time and was given the opportunity to progress at clubs like Chelsea it would never have happened. He should never have been allowed to go out on loan, whenever he is on the pitch he is our main threat. Chelsea loan out most of their players

Just read a lovely article on the web (daily star) in which George Williams explains why he turned down the advances of the FA(English) in favour of Wales. So nice to see the many uses of the word we in relation to Wales. He believes he is accepted and is fully at home playing for Wales. A skillful youngster with a maturity for his age. All of It all bodes well for Fulham and Wales.

Joined MK Dons on loan until the end of the season! Interesting. Good that he'll be playing some football, but a little depressing he can't get into Fulham's side.

I think everyone has got carried away with him.
When you think of his runs for Wales, there was actually no end product.
I am not aware of any assists/goals for his club?
He is at MK Dons, stuck on the bench and still has not come on.
If he was as great as he is built up to be then there is no way he would be in this situation!

He started their last game and played 30 mins today, reading MK Dons twitter today shows he was highly involved when he came on.

He was fouled for the free-kick in Andorra that Bale scored, so technically that's an assist!

I think everyone has got carried away with him. The first three appearances I saw from him were against: England u21s at the Liberty Holland away Andorra away He made an instant impression in all three. Personally, I think that we are right to be excited but should recognise that he is very young.

Lets just give him a bit of time to develop, yeah? I'm glad he's gone out on loan. What he needs now is to play games.

Agree with Toshfan. He was sub in that u21s game and when he came he looked faster and trickier than anyone on the pitch. Coleman saw that match I assume and picked him on the back of it.
Bit like the Bale scenario at age 17/18 where the potential was obvious but he needs more experience. Probably most useful to us as an impact player at the moment.

Sometimes you have to take a step back to take 2 steps forward. Fulham are a hoof ball side fighting for their lives in a relegation battle. I'd rather see him play in a team playing the right way and going for promotion, even if its a lower league. You don't throw a new signing into a winning team straight away - you don't need an A level in psychology to know that.

Yep on loan, could be a good move for him this - Gillingham are a very attacking side (currently top scorers in the league I believe) so the style of play could suit him, hope he gets a run in the team!
