I may be wrong i worked it out cost about £200/220 in total for all the tests plus 10 days self isolation,The senedd tests cost £170 and only from one place and I've had the two jabs which i thought might made a difference

As of Tuesday,15th the UK is a high risk country in the Netherlands so you need to self isolate when you get there 10 days,so if thats right ,no one will be there for the game....unless i read it wrong,hope so!!

It's worse than that - we're not allowed in full stop due to their current entry ban on non-EU nationals

The 10 days quarantine only applies to people who have a valid reason to be in the Netherlands in the first place and sadly watching the football isn't on their list of reasons 

Can't see this changing in time for the game which makes the current Euros format even more of a farce when fans can't enter the country the game is in

Just had the UK government location lot on the phone. Unfortunately the answer phone cut in before I could pick it up, starting they're recorded message. They said they'll phone again. Hopefully I get to it in time next. How long before they send the boys round.

I think us travelling from the UK to Amsterdam will be an absolute No. As an aside, since returning from Baku on Thursday, I've been phoned Friday, Saturday and Sunday by Test and trace checking I'm abiding by the quarantine rules. Wasn't expecting that.

My understanding was that the 12 hour visit exemption to quarantine only applies to people who were already eligible to enter the Netherlands. As we're not in the EU anymore then an entry ban applies to us www.government.nl/topics/coronavirus-covid-19/visiting-the-netherlands-from-abroad/exemptions-to-the-entry-ban

There is a list of exemptions but none of them cover this scenario. So unless the Dutch Government make a rule change I can't see how we're allowed to travel.

Plus you'd still have to isolate for 10 days on return to the UK.

I would love now more than ever to dump their team out of the QF in Baku ;-)

Wonky Sheep have confirmed on Facebook their plan for a bubble trip is off so they are now taking expression of interest for the QF return to Baku instead

This is the best page to read is the Dutch Government website www.government.nl/topics/coronavirus-covid-19/visiting-the-netherlands-from-abroad/exemptions-to-the-entry-ban/eu-entry-ban-exemption-categories

If you have a formal right of residency in an EU country the entry ban doesn't apply so you can enter Netherlands but would normally have to quarantine unless one of two things apply to your situation:

• You're travelling from a safe countries (https://www.government.nl/topics/coronavirus-covid-19/visiting-the-netherlands-from-abroad/eu-list-of-safe-countries). ROI is one of those.  So no need to show a negative test or quarantine on arrival in Netherlands.
  
  
• You're from a country not on their safe list (i.e Denmark) but plan to spend less than 12 hours in the Netherlands. www.government.nl/topics/coronavirus-covid-19/visiting-the-netherlands-from-abroad/self-quarantine/exceptions-mandatory-quarantine   This is what Danish fans can do to travel in and out for the game.  Plus as they can drive into the country they are less likely to have their ID checked compared to flying in which most Wales fans would have to do.
