Looked into Ryanair earlier as it's the last flight refund I'm waiting on now From their website By 15th July, the balance of April cash refunds will be processed.
By the end of July, all of May and most of June cash refunds will also be processed. How do you go about getting Ryanair refunds. I made the application, got sent vouchers but cant find the number your supposed to ring to say you want the actual cash. Didn't do at the time due to the horror stories of spending all day on the phone. So far only got 5 out of our 35 back. Initially I filled in the request a refund form they were sending out after the flights had been changed / cancelled. They then emailed a couple of times offering vouchers which could be claimed quickly, but if you wanted a refund you could choose not to claim the vouchers and wait. I haven't done anything since, so assuming it's just a waiting game 'til refund is processed... we shall see!!

I thought you had to ring them to get your money back and in the early days there were horror stories of people spending hours calling them. Hopefully your right and its just a matter of time.

After rejecting about 5 requests from Ryanair to take a voucher I've finally had an email today to say the refund should be with me in 5-7 days (this was for a flight to Milan in June but which was cancelled in April)

Still waiting for refund from Aeroflot - although I did get the dreaded voucher offer this weekend, which I have rejected.

Has anyone managed to get anything back from Ryan air yet ? I thought I read a press release some weeks back that they expected to have caught up with the backlog by the end of July. Still nothing back on our 15 tickets with them. Pegasus have said they will refund when the " ban " is over, when ever that is. Anyone had any progress with Buta / Azer, they seem to have disappeared down a black hole.

Nope nothing yet or from Ukraine airline. I’m going to start proceedings with my credit card this week. Will be a lot quicker no doubt.

The last that I saw from Buta / Azer Air refunds will be made 60 days AFTER the resumption of normal airline operations. As far as I can tell 'normal' international flights haven't resumed yet. Maybe the refund will come just in time for Christmas? I haven't received anything from Ryanair. Easyjet have refunded in full. One of my flights was a 'ghost flight' run by WizzAir, initially they refused to refund as the flight was operational, but after a bit of complaining they have agreed a full refund.

BUTA appeared to have now cancelled up to the 25th October so you'll be lucky to get it by Christmas. Pegasus Istanbul to Rome resumes this week so that should come through fairly soon. It was only Baltic Air that coughed up pretty quickly for us.

Commenced section 75 claims with both Pegasus Airlines and Buta Airways a few weeks ago.
Both claims were successful.

Commenced section 75 claims with both Pegasus Airlines and Buta Airways a few weeks ago. Both claims were successful. I will do the same next week. Only airlines that paid up for me were Easy Jet and Wizz. Brussels Airlines and Buta keep on saying 60 days after resumption of normality ;-( Ryan Air keep on sending me emails asking if I am sure that I don't want their vouchers ;-(

Ryanair finally coughed up this week (they've had my dosh since December!), like others I found that 'live chat' was the best way to gee them up.

Think so, just follow the link but you need to get past the automated system by opting for 'I want to speak to an operator', this worked for me and a mate - pob lwc!

Got my refund from Peagsus for the Istanbul to Rome leg yesterday. Think our group is just waiting on Buta now. Finally getting somewhere myself. Had a serious of emails from Ryanair who say the money for our flights with them should be back within 7 days. Expecting the refunds from Pegasus any day which just leaves the BUTA flights for us too. Does anyone think there is even the remotest chance that fans will be travelling to the Euros next summer.

I'm feeling it's less and less likely every day, at least in the current set up. If it was just one country I could see it but with so many different countries, each dealing with the pandemic differently, some with more success than others I just don't think it's going ahead. The UK cases are on the rise, we're struggling to start games with just 1000 people. I get it's still 9 months away but it'll come round fast and a lot of planning still needs to take place. Unfortunately, I don't think the Euros are happening, at least not how we'd expect it to.

I did one last Friday and just been told the money will be back in my account in the next few days. All that time waiting and 25 out of the 35 flights all come back on the same day, well promised anyway.

Getting there now. All 4 flights for the 5 of us back from Ryanair. Outward BUTA flights from Kiev refunded. Baltic Air refunded some months ago which just leaves BUTA to Istanbul and Pegasus from there to Rome. Funny a few weeks ago I almost gave up.

Was that through a BUTA refund or a Credit Card chargeback application? I gave BUTA another try with a refund yesterday and received the same 'refunds will be processed 60 days after the airline officially resumes flights' response, so have submitted s.75 claim. I'm still waiting on WizzAir, who are now on their second time of transferring the refund to the wrong bank account. Honest. To answer your earlier question, at the moment I don't see the slightest chance of Euro 2020 going ahead in the current format.

Surprisingly straight forward although we've hit a bit of snag with the return flight application against BUTA. They refunded one of the seats on the day of the booking because we got a name incorrect. Now the transaction and application don't match so the progress has stalled a bit. I'm sure it will sort out in a few days. Nothing back from Pegasus though even though said they would refund by now, I think.
