He's clearly playing below his level.
Just call him up ffs and Collins too. About time things were shaken up and Bale's retirement is the perfect catalyst.

The thing that impresses me most from his games against Championship opposition is that he's a threat in a number of ways
He has the pace and timing of run to get in behind them. He has the ability to beat players or knock it past them, and he has the ability to hold the ball up and keep it
Honestly the more I watch him the more I think we should be thinking about calling him up right now. I've watched Mark Harris against Championship opposition's and Mullin looks to have far more about him

He's been absolutely brilliant so far, should have had a penalty that he won and almost certainly would have scored and he's been an absolute nightmare to defend against with fantastic movement and vision but despite all of this he also has throwback qualities about him that pull at the heart strings.

Against Coventry he showed he can read conservative play by defenders and then have the pace to close down and pressurise.
He's generally just very dynamic, which isn't the first word that comes to mind when thinking about the calibre of forward Page usually picks, Johnson aside.

Agree with that apart from the penalty - looked pretty incontrovertible to me that he was brought down before the penalty area line. Defender lucky to only get a yellow though surely. I guess the fact Mullin looked to have overhit the ball stopped that from being a red? |

He is absolutely everywhere. He was in the right hand corner and then within seconds he was on the left being a pest. Great stuff

I'm sold. Best player on the pitch playing against a Championship team. He's ripping their defence (that includes several former Premier League players) to shreds. Definitely worthy of a call up even just to take a look at him in training, and honestly if we're chasing a goal I'd rather bring him on than any of our other options at the moment Is it Ireland that pick massive squads of about 50? That's a bit extreme but I see no reason why we shouldn't pick a slightly enlarged squad in March |

Energy and stamina!
I'd rather have him on the bench as an option if we desperately needed a goal we 10 mins to go than Harris or Roberts!
