Yeah watched most of the game. I'm sure most Wrexham fans would agree that Mullin, alongside the rest of the team, were pretty ineffective. Took his penalty well, but an average performance overall, and nothing to suggest it's a turning point for him unfortunately. 2 goals in his last 10 games and no longer a starting certainty - who would have thought that at the beginning of the season!

Mullin was shite and has been for some time.
Showed a glimpse of his old self with a cut in and effort from distance which went narrowly over the bar but otherwise poor. Team were awful.

Between the step up and that injury he has had a bit of a hampered season. Still not in the Wales squad for me though, we have too many playing regularly at higher levels. |

Has he reached his ceiling? Bullied defenders who were not upto it in the National League but maybe the extra step up and him being that few years older since he last played at a higher league has found him levelling out.
Think it’s safe to say he won’t make the Welsh squad

Think it’s safe to say he won’t make the Welsh squad I think it's too early to draw that conclusion. Everyone goes through spells of poor form and injuries. He seems to have lost something currently, but again he may be carrying something - I'm sure he'll be back to his best at some point. But yes, with this dip in form, any talk of him being called up (which was always over the top in my view) should die down. As I've said before, the only instance in which he should be considered imo is if Wrexham gets promoted and he's prolific in League 1 for half a season before the next campaign starts. The prospect of those two things happening do appear to be waning! |

He'll probably match the goals to starts ratio that he had at Cambridge by the end of the season, possibly better it.

What quite remarkable though is that most people think Evans is having a better season, but their minutes per goal ratio is almost identical to the minute. Evans has just played a lot more minutes

Playing in a much weaker side than Wrexham he has scored almost half of Newports goals and managed to be much more clinical than Mullin. Hope both can continue their form and improve, can never have too many players playing well. Options. |

I can only presume that if he was eligible for us then he’d have been involved at some level by now. Saying that, he’s been a bit of a late developer with most of his football outside the football league so who knows? |
