Tickets in one block twice the price of the other? There’s a fence around Block A but not Block B it would seem.

Just bought two at the start of sales phase 2. Only the £12 tickets on sale. Assuming they are selling A then B and that A and B are similar seat numbers, stage 1 couldn’t have seen that many sales. Confident this will go to those with no previous away.

There is not much in the way of location difference between the two blocks
And this is a photo

Another very unconventional one. MCR to Charleroi (Thursday 7pm) - Stay one night Charleroi to Zagreb (Friday 1pm) - Few hours in Zagreb Zagreb to Split (Friday 11pm) - Overnight train with bed/cabin, arrive in split 7am matchday Split to Dublin (Sunday 10pm) - Stay one night Dublin to MCR (Monday 7pm) All in (flights/hotel/train) that will cost £240. Has anyone ever booked trains in Croatia? I could do with some help, there are a few different websites all showing different prices. I want to make sure I book the right ticket (with bed) with it being an overnight train. Anyone got any experience? I have used Rail Canterbury before: Rail Canterbury Rail Canterbury's shop has closed in Canterbury due to the expiry of the lease. However, we are still trading by email only. If you have any enquiries regarding European rail travel, please email us on rail@rail-canterbury.co.ukKeeping things Welsh though, the other company I'd recommend is Ffestiniog Travel: www.ffestiniogtravel.com/ 01766 512400

Block A, Row 13. Anyone in block B yet? Bought in block B on Tuesday, had that IT glitch therefore it was managed by FAW office. Same. Also requested block B from Matthew. I asked to be as far up as possible and received ROW 31. I can not imagine this selling any more than 1000 tickets.

FAW just updated the events page and said it sold out just after going on sale in the final stage.
Happy to be wrong and great the game is sold out.

Didn't think this was selling too well so would be surprised to see if it's sold out. Presumably you don't get the credit if you don't collect the ticket in Split?

The information on the event page states -
“ Supporters who fail to collect their tickets, will have the match removed from their booking history, with no refund issued, and will be placed in the lowest priority group for the next Cymru men's away fixture.”

I must admit I am surprised it's sold out at all given the difficulty to get to Split conveniently and the current climate we're living in. Well done all.

ARGH you are joking!!!!
I feel you pain. Another possible option is MANCHESTER TO ZAGREB ON RA ON THE FRIDAY FOR £50 Fri 24/03/23 18:25 Manchester MAN 21:55 Zagreb
If there are buses from Zagreb on match-day like there were to Osijek - this could be the cheapest option??

Just checked...looks like it sold out quite early in stage 2.Phew, feel quite fortunate as there were quite a few IT glitches and I only had 5/9 of the aways required.I really though by considering a Qatar financial hangover, not the easiest of journeys to get to Split, cost of living crisis and other factors, this one would go all the way.Amazing support once more when it counts, chwaraeg teg!!!

FAW Site "Allocation Sold Out! The Cymru ticket allocation for this match sold out shortly after the final stage of sales opened at 2pm on 16th February"
It therefore was sold out at stage 5 (2pm Thurs 16 Feb - midday Mon 20 Feb) being 0 from 9 required i.e. 2022-24 Red Wall Membership was all that was required hence some new supporters are attending.

We're doing this one, then midday flight to Split on Saturday is an hour and was only £60, back to Manchester via Dublin on Sunday night was £150 all in.

Back in the 2000's budget airlines weren't really a thing and there was scant info on the t'internet regarding train bookings and timetables. There used to be a Yahoo group for those planning #WalesAway trips. The guy at canterbury rail was a great source of information. I can remember him helping a mate book a sleeper train to Belgrade, although the game got cancelled as Serbia was under a state of emergency. Travelling for Wales Away games has never been easy...... It seems that Croatia Away has gone down to zero aways. Be interesting to know what type of folk are going on their first away game. Young lads and lasses? Older folk with a bit more money? Seasoned away goers taking their partners to first away games?

They can email Matthew at the ticket office and ask to be placed on the waiting list (as many may decide to cancel their trip) = tickets@faw.cymru
Another option is to go to the ticket collections at the Ambasador Hotel, Split (Riva Promenade) as close to 4pm on Saturday 25th March (collection is from 10:30am-4:30pm). The team were often prepared to hand over un-claimed tickets - especially if you were on the waiting list already.

You'd travel ticketless if you'd already booked your flights. It’s the whole experience, the bars, the singing, even getting a ticket in the home section.

If they get matey with some Croations, buy a ticket or 2 off them, go into the groundnwith them, nobody will stop them. Plain clothes of course. They don't check home fans at CCS.
