Very strange half of football. Some really bad/dodgy moments and some really good play/movements. Cullen and Harris definitely stepped up the last 25 mins

Davies playing Iceland onside for their goal. He's had a poor game by his standards.

Excellent equaliser to be fair. Lovely cross from Johnson and deft finish from Cullen. Just about the only good thing from Johnson.

There is something severely wrong with our set piece defense

Cabango is dogshit, I'd rather we played his brother.

If Turkey equalise do we need to have won by 3 or 4 goals to finish top?

If Turkey equalise it's down to goal difference.

If Turkey equalise it's down to goal difference. Exactly, and I think we need to win by 4 to overturn it (pretty sure that’s what I saw before the game)

I think 3 and we might beat them on something like fair play...

Yeah that looks right. Goal difference is currently the same but they’ve scored more so would go ahead (hypothetically).

Fantastic result and achievement to top the group but let's not kid ourselves if Iceland had been as clinical as us we would not have won that game.
The Rodon Cabango partnership was completely dysfunctional and Neco had a torrid game. How Bellamy saw fit not to change things beggars belief. He lucked out big time tonight. But because of the result that will be glossed over.

League A here we come. Immense. More importantly, World Cup Play-off place almost guaranteed. Would need 4 of Spain, Portugal, Germany, France, England & Norway to miss the top 2 in qualifying to not have one.

Yes, the scoreline flattered us a bit (but by the same token, our performance at home v Turkey was worthy of a 3-0 win- that’s how football goes!) Neco did a lot os mistakes, but also did a lot right. Rodon was our best player in the first half to my mind, and Cabango grew as the game went on.

Iceland had 12 chances and a lot of those were good ones. It was clear things weren't working at half time so why Bellamy persevered when things weren't working I don't understand. The big positive was our high pressing, which was a big improvement in the second half, and was fundamental to both goals. Cullen, take a bow, his first assist was superb.

Well
Disjoined for significant parts and especially the first half but how brave of Bellamy to pick such a weakened team for the key match and he wins it by a wide margin. Then the one player I said should not be in Cardiff goes and scores the first 2 goals and sets one up with a great pass. Shows how little I know
Well enjoy Bellamy while we can because at this rate we'll be lucky if we keep him for more than a year. How amazing!
PS - luck balances out. He changed his team quite radically from game to game and never lost. That can't just be luck

No, he doesn't for Swansea. He was uncomfortable, although playing alongside Rodon, with both being right CBs helped neither. I really hope we don't see that back 4 again.
