Roberts on the bench again today ... only problem being Pullis hates playing Welsh players! Seriously, they were losing 2-0, with nothing to play for. Why the hell does he not give Tyler a 20 mins run out! |

Tyler has joined Oxford United on loan I think this may be better than it sounds. I watched Oxford a few times and they were a young side lots of energy and played some good football last year in cup games etc. This may do wonders for his development IF he actually starts. |

In some ways it is a shame they went up, they may well be on the backfoot in a lot of games. |

They wanted to sign Matty Taylor from Bristol Rovers but he eventually decided to sign a new contract last week, so there is definitely room for an extra striker. I would expect him to play some part. |

Saw it with my own mince pies Sweet. bluetone and I were invited to it as well, courtesy of Vauxhall ;-) Neither of us had a clue who the Rasta-kid was (Ampadu) and it took me a good 30 minutes to figure out who the blonde one was ;-) |

Robert's is playing in the fa cup tonight on BBC2. Thanks for the heads up. Oxford were awful, but Roberts showed a lot of good ball skills, nice control and (for a striker) he certainly does not shy away from his defending duties. A very decent prospect |

To score 15 goals for a side that's currently bottom of their league takes some doing. Still a long way to international honours of course, but certainly one to keep an eye on.

We could when Bale retires end up with a front 3 of Wilson, Roberts and Woodburn, now if they all realise their potential that could be quite tasty, mind you biggest word in english dictionary IF

Seeing Wilson and Woodburn getting the call will only spur him on. If Tyler is as ambitious as he sounds he should push for a loan move at a higher level next season. A strong end to his spell at Shrewsbury should earn him one anyway hopefully.

If he carries on getting injuries at the rate he has been I'm not sure he'll fulfill his potential. Think Tyler has a lot of potential but he needs the right coaching to make the most of the talent he has. |
