Best bet I find is googling the player in question and put apostle football in the search
I.e. "Josh Sheehan Welsh Apostle football". Search function is really poor

Hopefully in the Latvia game not just the friendly. Sheehan is a good player and great to see him playing at a good level after so many injuries.

It's easy to forget that Sheehan was one of the standout players in his U21 age group. It's only injuries that have prevented him from showing his class. It's good that he's playing for a possession-led team in Bolton, which should give him the preparation he needs for stepping up to international level.
Page will know the quality he has, so there's a good chance he will feature against Latvia as well as South Korea.
Will be keeping a close eye on how he fares tonight.

Nominated for League One player of the month. With Morrell out for a while, he could be in line for a call up

28 and only handful of non competitive appearances for Wales. I know injuries are mainly to blame but I really hope he gets some proper caps in his career. He deserves it.

Another assist tonight for Sheehan, taking his tally to 9 plus one goal for the season. Very impressive considering he typically play the single pivot anchor role in midfieldun a 3-1-4-2. Should either of James or Ampadu get injured, God forbid, Sheehan would have a strong claim for a place.

I've been privileged to see some world class players in this northern outpost of Greater Manchester, Okocha, Hierro, Speedo. Sheehan is right up there, his performance tonight was awesome, his assist international class. He is so much better than this, gets kicked up his bls sk 20 times a game and never gives in. Away crowd chanting his name tonight, such a joy to watch.

It's easy to overlook his ability because of the level he's been playing at. But if it wasn't for injuries he would be playing at a higher level. He was one of the standout player in the Cymru U21s which featured the likes of Ampadu, Rodon, Mepham and James. One to keep an eye on.

Some words from the BWFC forum
Boom
BRILLIANT GOAL
WHAT A GOOOOOOAAAAAL
What a ball from Sheehan and what a finish. Take a bow!
Sheehan. Worldie. Absolute worldie.
Ok that goal was brilliant we are football kings
That's outrageous, Sheehan
That’s top class.
Sheehan probably MOTM for me, as in the second half he looked like a Premier League player in the third tier.

I have a work mate who is a Bolton fan that cant stop talking about Sheehan every time we bump into each other. He cant believe that Josh is playing at this level, and that he is probably PoTM most games. He absolutely loves him and is desperate for Bolton to go up (obviously) but a main reason is to keep Sheehan at the club.
28 now, but the position he plays he could go deep into his 30s (injuries being an issue) and that would allow us to drop Amps into a potential back 4? Not for play offs obviously, but maybe over the nations league games?

He should be a starter for us in my opinion. He is just an international football style player, and a good one at that. As others above have said, how he has remained in the 3rd and 4th divisions is purely down to injuries. For me he is a more rounded player than Ampadu or James (bold call, I know), but I'd have him in there.

Could do with him back at Swans. Joe Bach just doesn't have the legs to play more than 60mins after what I saw v Ipswich.

I haven't seen much of the Swans recently but what I saw of Joe Allen in the cup game against Bournemouth convinced me that his retirement from international football came at the right time. He was a very pale shadow of his former self.

This was yesterday but one assist against Sunderland later and someone on the Joe Allen thread is saying that Page is too proud to beg for Joe to come back. I know it’s a game of opinions but that’s top apostle-ing haha.

However, if he were to sustain the level he showed yesterday he would have a strong claim for a place on the bench at least for Cymru, especially in the absence of Morrell. The bottom line here is what is best for Cymru? If you don't think we should consider Allen then just say so, explaining your rationale, rather than resorting to clever comments.

He was a very pale shadow of his former self. Joe Allen had been out with injury since September, returning 23rd December. He’s yet to complete a 90min, usually does 60. He’s retired from international duty due to injuries and that’s that.

My post wasn’t really about Allen, it was about how opinions on here sway hugely on the same subject and how those opinions can swing in a heartbeat. It was referring to dramatic statements on here and on socials like ‘he’s finished’ or ‘Page is too proud to beg for him to come back’, which are either nonsense or unsubstantiated. If you do want my opinion on Allen, personally I don’t think he’s finished and I’d love him, and any other available player, to be an option for us at all times. He was one of my favourite players for Wales and was gutted when he retired. If he’s back on form, injury free and he’s comfortable that he wouldn’t set himself back by taking on the extra games, yes I’d take him back without a second thought.

Yes, the reality is that the backup options for Jordan James and Ampadu in front of the back 3 are Sheehan and A N Other. Assuming he continues to start games for Swansea in the forthcoming weeks I would rather have him as that A N Other than any of the other options. Two home games, where he'd be on the bench, shouldn't be too much to ask.
My fundamental point here is to raise the question of whether or not Page should ask the question. I suspect he won't but would love to be proven wrong on that.

If you look at our bench options vs Turkey we had Morrell and Sheehan. None of the other bench options for that game were suitable for the double pivot role. So, in the absence of Morrell, who would people choose alongside Sheehan, if not Allen?
