My MOTM yesterday. Booked his place on the plane to France on the back of those two performances.

Yeah he was always looking at closing Israel's players down and he kept possession well. Can't believe "The Times" gave him 5/10 ...madness!

Just been reported that David Edwards is out for 12 weeks after breaking a bone in his foot. Misses March Friendly's.

Going to be a massive doubt now..not much time to prove his fitness. Championship season will end almost as soon as he returns.

Great to see him back in the Wolves squad the other night. Definitely makes my 23 for France.

Interesting write-up about Dave. Although he will turn 31 in February, I saw him three times after the Euros, and he is still playing really well. We certainly still need him and I hope he will still play when we get to Russia, www.qpr.vitalfootball.co.uk/article.asp?a=473946

Unfortunately - when he got his chance versus Georgia he had zero effect for us.

Still no Edwards in the Wolves squad. Looks like he may need to get out of there like Lee Evans did.

Yes, but that is just a blogger making it sound like Ronaldo, Bale and Neymar have just joined the Wolves. Edwards was the heart and soul of the team last year - surely this doesn't make sense - does it?

Definitely seems harsh on our Dave but with the storming start Wolves have had, whatever changes they've made look justified at the moment.
Hopefully Cardiff can put them in their place on Saturday.

Will we potentially see Dave Edwards move from Wolves before the end of the window to his boyhood club Shrewsbury? Who are doing very very well at the moment by the way.

Back in the starting line up and helps Wolves to an away win at Southampton pitching in with an assist.
There could be life in his Molineux career yet.

Still getting abuse on twitter and their forum though. Deluded idiots. Why is it always the Welsh players that are used as scapegoats? Allen at Liverpool, Ramsey at Arsenal, Bale at RM, Hennessey at Palace etc

Fans are always less likely to give stick to players from their own country. Bale receives more stick than an Isco or Asensio because he's not Spanish, our england based players receive more stick because they're not english.

Hope the transfer goes through. I don't think if he stays at Wolves he'll get many starts under the new regime there. He wasn't far off their best player last season, although they were poor. As Greavsie used to say 'football's a funny old game'.
