If Jordan Williams and Danny Ward are getting some bench appearances, it wouldn't hurt to give little Harry a chance to sit with the big boys too. Would lift him up massively, especially if he had a few minutes on towards the end of a match. Would like to see Jordan Williams go out on loan next season. Cardiff perhaps?

I get the impression that clubs tend to loan players to fairly local clubs so that the player doesn't have to move or spend a chunk of their wages on hotels etc

And you wonder why team England sorry GB want our players.
The way he kept that ball under control while passing the defender as if he wasn't there was effortless... pure gifted talent.

He's going to be pretty good in a couple of years.

I feel like every Harry Wilson goal I've seen has been Bale-esque.

I dont think they would want the endless reminders of how they only won stuff when they got a Welshman involved....

Giggs is probably a better comparison seeing as to how we wont see him in a Wales shirt if his club has their way.

I dont think they would want the endless reminders of how they only won stuff when they got a Welshman involved.... Their best player (arguably) is Jamaican by birth. Hes never played for Jamaica though has he. Thats why I don't think the FA want a GB team at senior level or even England with Welsh capped players playing for them, they wouldn't be able to cope with the stick they would get when the 'mighty' England need Welsh capped players to get them to the semi finals of a tournament, it would be too embarrassing for them. Olympic football is too niche to really create much of a fuss so the FA can use it as their cosy little test bed to screw another tournament out of the calendar to work on player development. Thats all this is, the Olympics is another tournament for English youngsters to ply their trade in. There is no intention for the senior team to change. Imagine GB at a World Cup with Bale etc and no England under their own banner. The rest of the world wouldnt give a shit but it wouldnt go down well amongst the English Welsh and Scottish fans- it would be ridiculous. Thats why, imo, England won't let it happen.

Anyone reckon Wilson might be getting some first team action soon with the Raheem Sterling situation at Liverpool?

Anyone reckon Wilson might be getting some first team action soon with the Raheem Sterling situation at Liverpool? All I am concerned with is how many times we see him in a Wales shirt, the Jordan Williams situation looks interesting also - called up for the u21s but doesn't turn up and then plays for Notts C on loan the following Saturday, Have Liverpool got a beef with us or international football in general?

Anyone know what's going on with this lad?
I'm very sure I saw last week that he was 1 of 4 youngsters to train with the squad this week. However, subsequent reports only name Tyler Roberts, Declan John & Gethin Jones as training.
Where is Wilson?!

He's a great talent but it is a concern that he seems to be injured quite a lot when it comes to Wales duty.

Rodgers seems to be doing his best to hinder his Welsh career over last 2 years. If we can't get him to turn up for training camp even its a worry. Gives another angle to argument that training camp better than friendlies-players will be withdrawn from training too so you might as well just play a friendly and give 1 or 2 much needed international experience.

The token cap (in Croatia?) was not to stop England from getting him, it was to give us the chance to see him in a Welsh shirt because we won't have that opportunity again for the next 20 years.

If that was the case Joe Allen nor Ryland Morgans would be with Wales.

Nothing solid but rumours say that Bolton and Leeds are looking at getting Wilson on loan.

Very strange how he's pulled out of every squad (as far as I'm aware)? since his Belgium debut. . .
Yeah might be good for him to go out on loan somewhere?

With Wales on the verge of qualification he will want to be part of that.
