Only Wilson played for Liverpool and from what I read he was their best player and hit the bar. Derby won 2-0

As much as I'd love seeing him out in Paris, I feel his skill-set and maturity are better utilised in Bangor. Probably best kept away from them Parisian chicks, as well ;-)

A few shots of him on MOTD and its says so here as well - www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/41703861 Sadly, it seems that the Ox if flavour of the month right now ... can see that lasting, though ...

I'm starting to bore people to death with my criticism of Oxlade-Chamberlain but I will continue until Jurgen sees the light The difference between the two is obvious; Woodburn is a footballer, Oxlade-Chamberlain is an athlete. The way Woodburn picked the ball out of the air and put it past the Austrian keeper was pure footballing ability, Ox can run all he likes, but he'll never be able to do that

Lovren was starting for Liverpool yesterday, but got injured in the warm up,so Klavan started instead and Woodburn who was not on the bench came into the match day squad for the first time this season in the premier league.

Agree with you completely.

Would love to see him, Wilson and Ward go out on loan in January. Playing 23 football is an absolute waste of time.
Wilson won a player of the month trophy for the reserve league the other day, I just laughed really.

Woodburn won't get any chances with the first team this season, there are just too many ahead of him. Yesterday, they had Mane, continho and lallana out and he still didn't come off the bench. On top of that, they had ox on the bench who was brought on ahead of him, and solanke was on the bench too who's been given more opportunities so far this season. As said above, he really needs a loan along with wilson and ward.

I can't believe Liverpool aren't pinning their hopes on a 17 year old child. Klopp needs his head examined.

I've long ago given up scrutinising transfer fees. I can see why Klopp plays Oxlade-Chamberlain ahead of Woodburn though.

If he was already at the club it makes sense, but to spunk £40m on a bang average player that potentially harms the development of not just Woodburn but also Wilson, Kent, Ojo and others makes no sense to me

He's been bought to add immediate depth and cover for Mane and Salah while kids develop.

Disappointed he’s not involved with the first team seeing as they blew Maribor away last time. Suppose I should be used to it by now.

Play him Jurgen!
I don't really care who wins it from the other sports, but I'll be pissed off if Foden or Brewster win it ahead of Woodburn

Totally well deserved. Bet his parents are well chuffed with their wee lad ;-) Looks like Kloop likes the idea as well in this vid presentation www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/42239023

Ben is out of the running for (the BBC) Young Sports personality ;-( I never seen Phil Foden play, but I am not surprised that the English prefer him in the final three ... You will always be a Prince here in Wales, young Ben! www.bbc.co.uk/sport/sports-personality/42249868

Fail to see how a youth player has had a better year than a full international but that's the English for you...
