I have an adult and a child return train ticket from zagreb to osijek leaving saturday morning returning sunday morning, cost me £44.Also have a hostel booked in osijek for the saturday night that i wont be using, its a 2 bed dorm, cost £32. Pretty sure that the Croatian Railway have a VERY acceptable refund policy! If its anything like Russia or Ukraine, its something like 90% even a few hours before departure. Check their web site!

Already tried Phil, no refunds for e tickets 😡 Oh dear! Those Croatians are really not endearing themselves onto me ;-( Will be glad to get the three points and be back in Hungary ;-)

Just a wee heads-up re NEPLIGET bus station. As of last week the Nepliget METRO station is permanently shut (for circa 2 years...) The nearest metro station is 300m down the road at Nagyvárad tér M I imagine that there are replacement bus services, though

The almost complete monopoly of Qatar Airways combined with the Eid holidays (and a mass exodus from Qatar) isn't a customer friendly set of circumstances. |

looks like trains available from zagreb to osijek....gonna go to the station on fri as i might mess it up online and make sure im on correct train and stop...
theres a 652am arrive 1150. £17 loads of space. theres a later train but arrives 1430 too close.
