This campaign has been a perfect storm of shit allocations. I bet that Azerbaijan will play theirs in the small stadium too.

What I don’t get is why build a new stadium and not use it?!

Seems that UEFA aren't happy with aspects of it.
England got an allocation of over 1,700 last time they played in Trnava in 2016. The FAW should be aiming for the same this time out.

Do you think we will give the Croatians and Hungarians 3,300 for Cardiff as that's the " fixed " size of the away end at the Cardiff City stadium. It was bollux then and its bollux now and I for one will be furious if they get a single ticket more than the minimum 5% they're entitled to. Didn't like Budapest without having a ticket for the game and to be honest I'm not sure I'll bother again if I cant get a ticket, although I am booked up for Baku.

I saw a few people get in in osijek with someone else's ID. And then about 50 got in 5 mins after kick off with no ID at all.

Anybody who's ticket was confiscated has the points reduced to zero for the remainder of this and the next tournament. No need for the onus to be on the FAW, just remove the points. People would think twice about doing it again if the potential penalties were so great.

But I cannot see the FAW doing that to the ELite.

I’m sure they caught harvesters before Albania game and they were penalised (don’t know what the penalty was) Hungary some were caught, maybe Croatia as well. Let’s see how the FAW respond before you start criticising eh?

Update from FSF:
There was evidence of widespread harvesting of tickets in Croatia/ Hungary very disappointing and we are sure the FAW will be seriously looking at a new method of ticket collections but look out on their website for any news of that, nothing has been discussed or decided yet.

They have the opportunity here to pretty much stop it once and for all. Remove all accrued points from those responsible and it wont happen again. Those responsible can start again from zero. Thousands travelled without tickets while people collected points from the comfort of their armchair. There should be no amnesty.

I hope the FAW will look at a new method of ticket collections. However given the ticket office's previous form for burying its head in the sand and getting someone else to carry out the checks, I won't hold my breath.

So rather than punish the harvesters they are going to make them collect in person abroad instead , not good enough considering Slovakia allocation will be low . Zero points and get others up the ladder is better .

Zero points and get others up the ladder is better . IF they don't take the sanction of removing all points then we might as well all become harvesters. Yes change the system to collection but that's as well as taking the ultimate sanction not instead of.

Agree with some of the above.
FAW have always said there has been no evidence of widespread harvesting, well there is now.
What happens to the group from Aberdare (?) that were caught prior to Albania?
If caught you should drop to 0, not just the game caught for cos who knows how long they have been doing it for.
Zero tolerance and collection is the only way to send the message home at this stage.

If they weren't going they wouldn't get them anyway.

Second day back in Bratislava. As gorgeous as always. One important tip for transport / accommodation - stay well away from the MAIN BUS STATION - Bratislava AS Autobusova Stancia. The entire area around it is currently being HEAVILY redeveloped. Very similar to Nanning New Town look...
If arriving by BUS then best to use MOST SNP, on the river bank, a mere 10 minutes walk from the old town. If you must arrive into AS station, then take a uber - less than €5 anywhere in town. My app now showing €3.50 from my hostel...
Loads of night buses and trams and all costing from 70c to €1.10 (for 15/30/45 minutes total ride time).

They put on a free train back to Bratislava after the game? Amazing.
Would be great if they did the same for us.

It's a mere €4 and 25 minutes on the fast IC train or €2.50 and 45 minutes on the slow train...

It's a mere €4 and 25 minutes on the fast IC train or €2.50 and 45 minutes on the slow train... The point is there is no standard train scheduled after the game and the Slovak FA have previously put on a free train. £2.50 or £250, if there is no train there is no train!
