Hopefully will not need Gunter as a back up moving forward: Thomas has excelled for Huddersfield wherever he is played. The player has played as both winger and a wing-back and on both sides of the pitch. He feels that he does not have a set position for him On Wales: “It would make me and my family so proud. To even be on the radar of my country when this time last year they probably didn’t even know who I was is a dream come true for me. I hope that dream can become a reality.” Bless him. I'd be very surprised if he made the match day squad, and no way in hell he'll be playing knowing Page. If it was Giggs, I think he would have chucked him in the mix, but Page seems very conservative and almost scared to make any radical and tactical changes (which are needed). I will be livid if Page refuses to call him up! Why would Page refuse to call him up? |

Fair play to Thomas, seems to be one of the few attack (only?) attack minded Wales players actually making headlines at club level at the moment. I feel bad for the lad that he’s not even made his debut yet and already he carries a lot of hope because of the slump we seem to be in in terms of fitness and form.

I do love a story like Sorba, and an eligibility that came out of nowhere. Seems as though there are lots of players all throughout the pyramid that are secretly eligible & could pop up at any time
