The reason that he was subbed at half time I suspect is that he didn't track back on occasions, most notably for the Ben Davies handball penalty appeal where Koumas gave up completely on tracking back. That would have right in front of Bellamy. Perhaps it was fatigue, but I can see why Bellamy wouldn't have been content with that. Not the sort of evenings showcase his silky skills.

Yeah first half we felt a bit exposed down Davies's side, was the right call to bring him off. Just not the right type of game to get the best out of him, good experience for him though
