IMPORTANT - AIRPORT CHECK IN
Note that Yerevan airport is not yet set up to read Mobile QR codes and that their new Self-Check In service posts at the airport are currently only for Aeroflot passengers.
EVEN IF YOU ONLY HAVE CARRY ON BAGS - you still need to check in physically at the counters and get your boarding card.
Also, the Wizz Air nonsense about "You must PRINT your boarding card" ... just a con, as the PDF you get if you check in online is NOT a boarding card and has no QR code... It just says take this to the check in desk ...
BE AT àIRPORT at least 2.5 hours ahead of departure ... 3 hours is probably overkill. I had waits of 90 minutes in Abu Dabi airport last year just for my boarding card...

Got the 2pm to Rome today. Wizz check in was a total breeze - they had 3 counters working and very few people. Just show passport and get boarding card. Like the olden days... Passport control took about 20 minutes and security was also a breeze. I'd say 2-hours is safe. Probably not less than that tho. |

Got here at 2.45, check in was a breeze, got 1hr 20min in warsaw before our flight to Heathrow, touch wood there will not be any hold ups 🤞 |

Did anyone get into the home end with tickets from that Russian website? I ended up with an away ticket in the end, but the boys who tried my home tickets were turned away at stadium.

The sensible ones went in on their own. No colours. Armenian flag or scarf. Didn't talk.
Others were turned away.
It was quite funny when some boys were let into the away section at half time, as soon as they were in they removed their Armenian hats, scarves and flags.

Absolute nightmare this morning after a smooth check in.
Our flight was delayed by 50 minutes meaning we literally ran when we got off at warsaw, we were the last to get on our Heathrow flight, I've been told that a few missed it 🙄
If we had missed it my wife would ripped my head off 😂
My eldest had a great time, his first trip and he probably won't do another one like this, he absolutely loved it, if he can do this one he can do anything 👍🏴
