I think it depends honestly. Let's say Gunter & C.Roberts are on long term injuries, Neco likely comes in but who after Neco? Probably would be Matthews in that case. He's played internationals and is a senior pro playing regularly in the Championship. Without a few injuries I can't see it happening, but he wouldn't be a terrible option to rely on I don't think Jazz Richards maybe, despite his club form I’ve always been impressed with him for Wales. I agree in an injury crisis he could come in as cover but as standard I think he’s done. Absolutely loved Jazz during our Euros run. A shame he didn't get more of an opportunity during the tournament given how important he was for us against Belgium & Cyprus. If he gets a new club and a run of games he could possibly come in, in that scenario. Interestingly both Jazz & Matthews have 14 caps. |

Another superb match today. Made both Charlton goals with very long diagonals and was full of running all game. If they do stay up - he will have a lot to do with that!
I'd share MoM between him and big Kieffer, who made our Tom's head spin all game - sadly, Tom having a real mare.
Jonny came on at start of second half and Lee was on after 70' - both did very little.

With apologies to Morgan Fox, who can sit on the bench with the 3 boys from Cardiff, 3 from Aberdeen & 2 each from Spurs & Swansea.
It’s got me thinking that we definitely don’t want a COVID outbreak at any of those clubs in the next three weeks.

I don't think so. I think he lacked a bit of work ethic and drive. I know from a good source he turned down a few Wales training camps and friendly games. I remember asking my source if Matthews was joining the Wales set up for a friendly (approx 7/8 years ago), and he said 'Nah, he wants to go on a holiday'. |

If we made a starting 11 of Wales most unlucky players Adam is our RB. I honestly think pre 2016 there was an argument behind the scenes or something. 1. Is part of a Celtic team that makes it to the last 8 of the champions league and when they beat Barcelona 2-1 he was praised with taming Messi and some broadcasters gave him mom (most gave it to Forster) 4. Is against premiership player Neil Erdley and Gunter for caps and I always said he was better than them both at that time and Gunter in the championship kept getting picked. Domestic trebles, Champions league last 8 and he was on the bench to Gunter. He must’ve been annoyed. I’ve looked at him for years and thought “How the fuck does he only have 14 caps?” I appreciate from 2016 onwards other players were better options (but not always) but this lad must’ve gotten really disillusioned with the game. Could’ve played at old Trafford and should’ve had 50 caps for us |
